You don't notice the little things like the flowers mixed in with the grass, the amount of butterflies and birds and people and goats all occupying the same area, the shafts of light going through the trees, the fog accumulating. Find any of that in the gameplay.

You cant see almost any details because is very blurry offscreen low quality picture, while other one is completely clear high quality picture. Just compare resolutions of this pictures, one is 1920x1080 and onother one is 640x327, so you really can't compare those pictures and videos.

But you can turn the videos resolution down to 240p and still notice the difference in the cutscene video, then watch the gameplay video in the background running at 720p and still not see any of those things. It's not a case of maybe, or it could be. It simply isn't there.

Is this a joke? Picture quality is dependent on the original capture source, this logic literally makes no sense because something captured directly at 1080p will look even better when reduced in resolution. Reducing both videos down to lower quality literally does nothing for a comparion.

Yeah, but the gameplay video was captured at 720p then blown up to fit, or you could simply watch it with Shiggy and Eiji. It's 720p in that. The point is you can't see anything. Obviously there is going to be a difference between a 720p native capture, and a blown up video of gameplay on a screen, but it is clear enough to be able to tell whats going on in the footage. The fact that it is still appearent when the native footage is at 240p is evidence of that.

Like already stated, what you are saying doesnt make any sense. If you have two videos, one is poor quality and one is high quality, there will always be difference between them in lower or higher resolution.

Well, I'm not talking about the graphics as a whole, I'm pointing out obvious things that the cutscene has that the gameplay doesn't.

Mate seriously you're not making any sense at all, try streaming to twitch or recording gameplay to understanding what's been posted to you, the original source of the capture is not only at a vastly lower resolution but also off screen, you know what this means? By default it will always be lower quality no matter what is done because the other shot is direct capture at 1080p, it doesn't matter what you do with the resolution it will never be comparable.

To further highlight how little sense you're making increasing the resolution of something captured at a low resolution reduces quality of the image or footage.

Well, you keep believing that stuff will be there in the final game. *edit* And judge cutscene to cutscene to see if a games graphics have improved.

Considering Zelda as a series has always improved throughout development and cutscenes have always been in game engine and assets I don't see your stance here.

We shall see.

It all looks amazing! And from the character model, I still think Link's a girl this time around. (Which is pretty cool).
