Is this a joke? Picture quality is dependent on the original capture source, this logic literally makes no sense because something captured directly at 1080p will look even better when reduced in resolution. Reducing both videos down to lower quality literally does nothing for a comparion.

Yeah, but the gameplay video was captured at 720p then blown up to fit, or you could simply watch it with Shiggy and Eiji. It's 720p in that. The point is you can't see anything. Obviously there is going to be a difference between a 720p native capture, and a blown up video of gameplay on a screen, but it is clear enough to be able to tell whats going on in the footage. The fact that it is still appearent when the native footage is at 240p is evidence of that.
