For alot of the people who played it (me) WHEN it came out, that game is the high water mark for 3D. I can't remember a time when I was more enthralled by a video game. The music, the atmosphere... everything was absoltuely stunning and it captivated me to the point where nearly 20 years later, just hearing the theme to Kokiri Village brings me to an emotional state lol. Such a magical game.

Same, I remember in 98/99 I can't believe that such great game can exist at all and that is better than any other great game that I previously played on PS1 like Tomb Raider, RE, Silent Hill, MGS...game is just perfect and so much better than other game at time. OOT made me Nintendo fan and Zelda hard fan for life.
