Lol, that's like the entire 7th gen summarized for me...
Wrong, Wrong, Wrong, Wrong, Wrong...
Grammar!
It's Bethesda IS crap, or
The people at Bethesda are crap
Bethesda is a single corporate entity so you refer to it in third person singular: is, it. "Bethesda is going to make a lot of money from Fallout 4"
When you are talking about some or all of the people who work at or run or own Bethesda then you can write in the third person plural: are, they. "Bethesda executives are going to get big bonuses from the success of Fallout 4, even though they did none of the actual work."
I have no opinion yet on the topic. But I do have opinions about game reviews that mention how bugs and technical faults are noticeable and affect the game, yet have no discernable effect on the score. Makes me really like VGC's no score approach even more. The review simply states all the good and all the bad and lets the reader make up their own mind about what's important in terms of deciding to buy / play the game. Unfortunately you deny yourself clicks from Metacritic and Gamerankings. But I think that just makes the policy even more admirable. But I would suggest one thing, don't just have the good and the bad, have the good, the bad and the ugly. The good and the bad are about the actual game content, the ugly is the technical faults/bugs/glitches.

Its a bethesda game you should know what you're getting yourself into.
I actually fond Wolfenstein to be a really shit PC port and RAGE to an extent, Bethesda had id with RAGE and of course both RAGE and Wolfenstein used megatextures which looked ugly as sin up close and both performed pretty shit at times, especially on PC, Dishonored seems to be one done right but the rest are meh.
Also Fallout/ES series have been using Gamebryo since Morrowind and of course that was way back in 2001 and we're now at 2015. I do agree that they do need a new engine because visually the cracks are starting to show along with stiff animations and how much you can view in the distance before it become a blurry clump of a texture.
Thing is however is that they really need to get a new engine, focus on the PC version first and then scale what consoles can handle and then release for either both at the same time or PC first so then modders can aid them in sorting out the remaining bugs and giving them stuff to add into the game to a point where the console release is just as smooth with some new additions that PC brought in. Everyone wins.
Since we know the PC version runs fine I'm still not going to grab it until it's patched to hell and back and the full mod toolset is released which won't be till early/mid 2016, for the time being I'm going to buy Legacy of the Void tomorrow and play that for a month till December games come out.
As a last note, fuck megatexturing, seriously we aren't ready for that and neither is the industry.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

You think Bethesda's games have good gameplay?
WOW, I mean Fallout gameplay is bland and boring but at least you could argue they're average gameplay wise in comparison to other games.
But Elder Scrolls games on the other hand are the worst piece of shit ever gameplay wise, seriously there's 80s dugeon crawlers that have better gameplay than Elder Scrolls games.

I think I would mind the bugs more if Fallout didn't allow you to save your game at every second.
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Wow, poor other devs. Apparently Bethesda is "crap" and needs new people yet their games like Fallout 4, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Rage, Wolfenstein, etc defecate all over 99% of other devs games from great heights. I guess that says a lot about those other devs :(
Theirs games do illustrate the issues with open world games. I've seen them as a bit hit and miss having played their games since daggerfall in the mid 90's. Their games are a case of quantity over quality. Big uneven environments with poor characterisation and mediocre plots.
They don't innovate much, they don't fix the gameplay issues present in older games, they sometimes do things that make their games worse, the levelling system sucks. But, despite this, some of their games have enough virtues to keep me engaged for awhile. Fallout 3 was a good game.
My biggest issue with their games is the fact many people act like they're the bees knees. Remember, not that many years ago there was this the bizarre widely held belief that the moment they did an mmo all other mmos would be redundant. Countless mmos have been getting things right that Bethesda has never even tried to get right - such as levelling and balancing.
I understand large open world games are going to have flaws because they're so ambitious but for years we've only ever heard the praise. Lets have more fair crit so they know how to get better.
They make the best open world games. I couldnt care less if the cost is the occasional fps drop or glitch. Its totally worth it, its always been.
Shoud they aim to improve? Of course. But i'd rather have great game with minor issues rather that an underealised game that runs perfectly.
Saying they should be replaced is ridiculous and woud be throwing away a gold mine.
