True, and not only did the wolf transformation look silly in the cutscene, it has to be my least favorite new LoZ gameplay mechanic ever.

Says the Wind Waker fan. honestly, I don't even know what I mean by that, I'm just having fun baiting. |
That's what's so crazy. How can Wind Waker be so pheonominal when everyone knows its a half finished game with a tedious fetch quest, yet TP is lacking as a full and complete package? Wizrobes over there at Nintendo, I tell you what. Wizrobes.
Hook. Line. Sinker.
Have not played XC, but I love SS. I always have to do something in the game, almost no boring time (except the Sky overworld, ugh).
I love the dungeons.
Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever
Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe
Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

The wolf is literally at the bottom of my criticisms for that game.
But this is a SS and XC thread. SS was way worse.

Appearantly not that clearly.
zelda gets too much praise just for being zelda.
Xenoblade should take this one.
Sadly I doubt sales indicate this poles positions.

Kind of the inspiration for this thread.

Of course the sales don't indicate the pole positions :P
Not only was Xenoblade a new IP on a dying system with no promotion whatsoever, it also had a limited print run with right at or just under 1mil copies made. And it was exclusive to GameStop. That the game sits right at or just under 1mil is kind if a miracle :P
Meanwhile Zelda is Zelda, probably would have done over 5mil if not for the Wii gen coming to an end the next year and limiting the number of shipped copies.
If Skyward Sword was like 10 hours shorter, it'd be a competition, but since there's a lengthy set of horrible, horrible filler I can't say it's close here. Skyward Sword was like one step away from being the best 3D Zelda, but that step hurt it in so many ways.

I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading. After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
