If NDC doesn't suffer a temporary drop to #2 or 3 from that short time being listed at $349, it means this bundle was absolutely huge, we're basically looking at #1>>>#2>#3...

NDC should be at least 50% of total PS4 sales for BF week. And PS4 BF week sales should be at least 500K. So that would make NDC game sales at least 250K for the week, just in USA, without counting stand alone game sales (probably only about 10K ).

I sure hope all those folks enjoy NDC, and if they haven't played it before it means a lot of good will leading up to UC4.

For fram of reference.

Currently the BF NDC Bundle is number 73 on the yearly charts. Batman Arkham Knight, which was sony primary bundle for about 2 months is about 93 on the Amazon yearlies. Master Chief Collection is at 99, all those months we had MCC bundle avail and NDC outsold it in lets say 3 days. We dont know what time period the yearlies even cover. Meaning this may more may not include Saturday sales.

By the end of Cyber Monday NDC Bundle will likely pass XB1 ACU Bundle (Number 45) which represent all XB1 Amazon sales from Jan-April or so, and many sales from April-Jun (when it finally sold out).

jup the uc bundle sold more in 3 days, than the ac bundle in 6 months or the gears bundle in 4 months + black friday weekend

this just shows, how unrealiable amazon bestseller are for that kind of stuff to conclude anything
if this would be uc (digital bunde) that already sold some some 300k+ units between launch and black friday, okay believeable. but this sku, that just showed up on bf? at least this is the perfect proof to dismiss amazon bestseller to explorate total marked sales on a montly mixed base.

bf weekend is about ~50% of total november npd
bf week is about ~60% of total november npd

if sony will sell 1.5m in november npd and the uc bundle is 90%, that would result in just 675k uc digital bundles
going with more reasonable figures: ps4 1.2m and uc bundle 80% = 480k uc digital bundles
both ac unity and gears bundle sold more than 500k units. if your a new fast selling product, you shoot up in the amazon bestseller, while still selling "low"
the gtav+tlou bundle showed the same behaviour last year. it's #88 in the 2014 yearly but the titanfall bundle did not show up, while it sold more units

while online shopping has grown alot(Amazon is tracking a 14% increase in sales revenue over BF last year, while most traditional retailer except Best Buy are trending down) the past years on BF, its still primarly a traditional shopping day. I would argue that the reason Amazon my not be a good BF indicator is actually the opposite of what you believe. I think it undersells product, now since most of the deals roll through Cyber monday it should average out.

I think the answer will be simple. The PS4 will sell between 1.1 million and 1.4 million in NA in Nov. As much as 600-800k of that would be BF weekend.  Lets assume 75% of those were NDC (because have nothing else to go on). That would mean that it sold 450-675K or so. That would equal what the PS4 Sold in June+ July (Batman bundle) and then some. Which lines up pretty well with 71(NDC) on yearly versus 93(Batman).

Calm down, Brally Goat Gruff.

So it lasted at #1 all the way till cyber monday. The final monthly updates for November will be interesting and the first for December too.

with gears on the tail of uncharted (Amazon) and stocks selling out in many shops across the US, November NPD is going to be a close one to call IMO. Few people predicting 200-300k difference are going to be pretty disappointed when all is said and done.

A whole month of sales at #19 versus a couple of days of sales at #5 (monthlies) isn't "on the tail". That gap between 1 and 5 in the hourlies was bigger than the Pacific.

Sony should just stay at $299 now. They would be back in profit when most people buy PS Plus/ another game/ another controller anway. They could have a massive December at that price.
