Forums - Nintendo - Can Brawl open with 1.3 million in Europe?

maybe and possibly
but probably not....
it would be nice though...

no it won't ....i guess 500.000 copies.

halo had the best marketing campaign ever for a video game.
I know a lot of gamers who bought it, who normally dont buy shooters.

everybody wanted to be part of the hype...

and then it didnt deliver.....

GTA4 may pass halo 3 i guess....this is the real big game everybody in europe is waiting for.......hopefully they have a big stock of ps3's

Nope.

I would go for a big 300 k, which would be already impressive.

Will keep selling with huge legs for 1st million in 1st month, and will do like 2.5 M on lifetime in Europe.

wtf??? are u kidding me??? only300k??? more like AT LEAST 700k+

6-800k first week, 800k max and roughly 1.5 million lt sales I think.

Nah, I don't think it will happen. However, I will be watching more closely to when it passes Halo 3's LTD sales....as well as SMG's.

SMG's first week in Others - 205k ;)

First week sales in Europe are usually nothing special compared to Japan or US.

Even if people in Europe had only the 1st week to buy SSBB, Nintendo would not ship enough games to make it possible.
Do not worry, SSBB legs are amazing.

I don't think it will even hit 650k.

I just can't see it happening
