I didn't use that cheat but as far as I remember, the game only tracks Squall's level, not the party's. You can just let Squall die, don't phoenix down him, let the other characters level up. You have to carry around a dead Squall, but two high level characters are pretty good enough since enemies won't level up.
This game makes me want a PSP, and I've never even played a FF before!
I swear SE are the masters of hype.

Anyways , Im surprised by the 8.5 graphics and for the 8 lasting appeal . Other than that IMO the rating is good ...

Well, so far I haven't' seen a single ad on Gamespot for this game. So That's an automatical 8.0 and below. I'mging with 7.5. Same as R&C for PS3.

Yeah, these are some of the sickest graphics on PSP for sure. 10 easy.

Yeah, I don't understand the graphics rating. If it's one of the best looking games on the system, the art is good and it's really pushing the system's capabilities... wouldn't that make it a 9.5-10 unless there are performance issues? I didn't see anything about performance issues there.
