No, it did less than 200k. Going by Ubisoft, EA and other companies numbers on digital sales, it's around 10%-20%. It did a max of 180k including digital sales with 165k  being the minimum.

I think you are mixing things up a little.

MS said " leading to it becoming the best-selling digital game ever in the Xbox Store for an opening week. "

If we use VGC data, Destiny sold 1.2M opening week on XB1. If 1 in 5 bought the game digitally (seems possible), that makes it a minimum of 240k digital. Why are we using Destiny anyway? Does that hold the digital record on XB1?

Edit : Actually that figure will be a little higher because that's the figure without digital so if 1.2M is 80% (4 in 5) the 20% (1 in 5) = 300k

Your prediction may be a bit high, but it looks like Halo 5 will do just fine.

But for halo 5 the Bundle ahd a digital code. The 2 LEs which were in amazon US chart throught last month had a digital code. And the games preload digital code was in the top 10 last year. Halo 5 is the only game ive seen which the digital preload code made it in the top 10 in amazon us
