The guy is pretty reasonable, there is not much that can be argued against what he says, this is just common sense to anyone who has followed the current crop of consoles since their release.
For those talking about the XB1 "CPU benefits" they should keep in mind that 1 - This is only a 6% over clock on what is arguably the lowest place there it could make a difference computing wise. 2 - We have yet to see a single game where those supposed advantages show up.
Also, The PS4's library is already pretty lean, and has been improving by moving compute intensive tasks to the GPU (like physics and other simulations) where it already has a 40% benefit (hense the difference in resolution/frame rate seen in many games).
The worst thing is that even the latest and greatest exclusives that were either shown or are about to be released (Forza 6, Rise of The Thomb Raider, Halo 5, Scalebound) mostly look bland compared to PS4 exclusives, there is still nothing like Killzone:SF, Infamous:SS/First Light, Drive Club, etc. heck, they look on par with the re-releases of Uncahrted 2 & 3 maybe :-/ all the while running at lower resolution and/or frame rate... I would say only Quantum Break looks close to Infamous:SS in therms of image quality... but it's not released yet, so we have to see how it look in the end.
Can't wait for the NX to come along, if the rumors are true it will be more powerful than the PS4... which will make the XB1 even more absurd in therms of processing power.
