Another bone thrown to fans over the Zelda delay? I won't complain too much as I really liked TP and wouldn't mind playing through it again, but it seems that most of this gen has been spent remaking old Zelda games rather than making new ones. Even the "original" Zelda game for 3DS was built heavily upon a previous Zelda game.

How dare you say that? Omg, don't you know that the most important thing to Nintendo are their fans and because them they want to give us the ultimate Zelda experience (copyright, Nintendo, a line said with every Zelda game released) and that's why they delayed the game a full year expending even more money for an already expensive project? Twilight Princess HD won't change anything and Zelda U will be ready when it's ready (copyright, Nintendo) and Ocarina of Time 3D, Majora's Mask 3D, The Wind Waker HD, Hyrule Warriors, Hyrule Warriors Legends and Triforce Heroes won't speed up or slow down the development. Those games are made by thin air or completely done by another companies. Nintendo has been focused on Zelda U all this time...come on buddy!

Why make a remake/remaster of an old game when the new one is just around the corner? Doesnt make sense

By around the corner we are talking about 1 year, and they can't wait 6 months without milking, sorry, loving their fans releasing "new" Zelda games. Also, they need a strong holiday game because there's nothing left, outside of X, that will sell less than TPHD.

How can you even know that lol, have you talked to all the owners?
