I'll buy it for sure. I hope everyone knows that Dragon Quests other main titles and their translations most likely depend on this game. It's stupid but true. If you want DQXI you probably buy this.
I was genuinely surprised by Hyrule Warriors, so I'm definitely going to pick this up. Not sure if I get it this week on release, since I've still a pretty big backlog, but definitely sometime this year.
i have a PS4 and have a Hyrule Warriors for the WiiU. I think I'll be giving it a pass for now, maybe next year or so, as I know prices on PS4 games drop anyway. My day 1 buy at the moment is Xenoblade X and the other games for WiiU and PS4 early 2016 or so.

This. Just because you're a Nintendo fan doesn't mean you'll love this just because it's another Dynasty Warriors spin-off. I'm getting the game when I can. However, I don't expect a ton of Nintendo fans to jump on this just because of HW. Hyrule Warriors was going to be a hit with Nintendo fans as the Nintendo community loves Zelda games. They didn't buy the game for the series itself but rather what was slapped on the game, in the case of Hyrule Warriors it was a Zelda theme.
As a proud Nintendo fan I already preordered it since I had a lot of fun with HyWa.

Well, since DQ was in the recent past pretty much a Nintendo only Franchise, this question is valid.

The game being completely Zelda themed made it had the attention of a lot more public, but the game wouldn´t be such a success on WiiU if wasn´t pretty good and fun as it is, in fact most people that bought it seems pretty happy with it, and since Nintendo comunity knows and likes DQ as well and now that a lot of people there is more receptive to Musou games because they gave it a try to Hyrule Warriors and they like it I think DQ Heroes would had fairly good sales on WiiU.
I don't have a PS4 anyway, but it wouldn't matter whether I have one or not since I'm pissed at Square Enix not taking the time to localize the 3DS games.

It looks fun but its one of those games where I wait for a price cut to buy. The DQ console is lit though!
Yes!!! Game is so fun. It's not quite a musou game as the enemies have hit points.
Played it at gamestop last month.
Very fun game. Plus an excellent introduction for players new to the franchise before Dq11 hits.
