So we have been hearing about Big Nintendo news coming out this month. So i thought that i would make a speculation thread to gather ideas about what this parthnership with Nintendo could hold when it comes to mobil/Nintendo Network, and the new rewards program.

What We Know?

Nintendo bought share from DeNA and DeNa bought share from Nintendo.

This parthnership will replace Club Nintendo with a new reward system.

DeNA will have a part in helping Nintendo with smartphone games.

I think this new miiverse PC update could maybe lead to an update on the wii u UI. This is a screenshot i took.

After taking some time on the pc version, miiverse.net looks pretty good. The advertisment block is a bit too close to the searchbar though. I think they will introduce the program when they release their first mobile game

Guess we'll have to wait later this week for some details,

I wouldn't be surprised if DeNa had some sort of involvement.

I was weird to me how this got updated when we heard tht nintendo new is coming soon. I thin Miiverse will have a huge role.

DeNA will be integral to the NX platform.

It certainly has potential. Let's hope they can follow through with it. Its already the first rea console social network, but I feel it needs aspects from the other console networks to really show that.

I didn't know DeNA bought nintendo shares.... I thought nintendo bought DeNA only.... how much did they buy of Nintendo's shares, percentage wise? How much does nintendo own of DeNA?

Nintendo wons 10% of Dena, Dena owns next to nothing of Nintendo.

They whole buying shares of each others company is a very common practice during this kind of bussiness deals, as to enhance trust.

Yeah because this update came out of the blue it must mean something.
