With the Halo and Uncharted bundle being so close and the Uncharted bundle outselling the Halo bundle in the hourlies I wonder if it can overtake the Halo bundle on the monthly charts soon. But based on the monthly charts I'm going with a PS4 win. The Uncharted and Halo bundles are almost even with Uncharted gaining ground every hour, and then you have the Destiny and TLoU bundles absolutely beasting the GoW bundle.

There are still Halo 5 bundle pre-orders to take into account though.

I know, gonna be close but I'm going with PS4. If Uncharted wasn't gaining on Halo I'd be going with XB1.

Monthly Updates for October 2015:

#23 XB1 Halo Bundle
#25 PS4 Nathan Drake Bundle
#28 PS4 Star Wars Bundle LT
#38 PS4 TLOU Bundle
#46 PS4 Destiny Bundle
#51 PS4 Black Ops Bundle
#99 XB1 Gears Bundle
Out of top 100 XB1 Madden Bundle, PS4 Star Wars Standard Bundle, XB1 Forza Bundle, and N3DS

With the August pre-orders for Halo, it will be a very close race.

Halo bundle ahead only by 2 spot to NDC bundle. October will be close but even if XB1 win october by 50k-100k i think it will be still consider a PS4 win by some people. But i'm still leaning towards a PS4 win going by my observation on this thread, either way it will be close.

With 100K, not so much.  However, if the gap is really only 50K...yea, that's basically a PS4 win.  Especially in a Halo month.  A month MS really needed to win big to decrease a lot of that US LTD gap.

They also needed this holiday, but I don't see them taking it, not with the PS4 $350 and with how well the SW and COD bundles pre-orders are doing.  Sony basically has Nov on lock.  Dec may be up in the air, but I'm still thinking a $350 PS4 will take it.

So the monthly got updated.
As I've been saying, it's clear Amazon is pointing the PS4 as the winner this month, considering the movement and not early pre-orders.

Not only on Amazon, but almost everywhere PS4 showed stronger sales, it was the most popular console in US this month, online at least.

Now for NPD taking in consideration pre-orders it's hard to tell the winner.

Either way, PS4 just beat XBO in USA during Halo month, that's pretty telling, there will be no comeback (as it should be the most common thought I guess) even on USA. (poor tiffac xP)

Quite the drastric change from the previous generation.

I will say competed strongly with Xb one. I'm probably not going to call a winner for this month, I'll wait and see what NPD brings. We just have no idea how the Halo bundle pre-orders have fared across all retailers. Word of Mouth for Halo has not been universally high praise, a lot of people have a few issues with the game, while still being generally positive over all. This would tend to mean people taking their time to buy the game rather than picking it up in the first few weeks, which could mean a lower peak and longer tail for the sales pattern. It will be interesting to do a sales analysis comparing the first 6 months of each main Halo game once Halo 5 hits the 6 month mark. By the look of the commitment to a better performance with the charts we should get that 6 month's of sales information not that long after Halo 5 has been on the market for 6 months.

I agree with SWORDF1SH. Don't look at Halo and NDC at all (too close). Look at the rest for this month : TLOU #38 and Destiny #46 for PS4, Gears #99 for Xbox One. If Halo 5 pre-orders were not at least in the top 50 (even 40 IMO, minimum) in August, it's obvious that the PS4 win the october Amazon chart easily (and don't forget that october's sales are way higher than august's sales, so a #40 in August would likely not match a #40 in October).

That's all really. If we trust Amazon charts again, PS4 wins quite easily this month (IF).

Halo 5 bundle charted #24 for August on the Amazon monthly but didn't chart the top 100 at all in September. So there's a good chance the price cut helped ps4 fight off whatever pre orders it had in August and potentially win October.

We'll find out in a few weeks. Going to be very interesting npd that's for sure.

I #24 in August is probably not as many sales as a 24 in October.

Some people called a 200k win for xbox but that was before the pricedrop im just to lazy to dig up comments, but i guess you're right, a less than 50k win for xbox will be considered a ps4 win, for me atleast. If ever ps4 really did win october npd that will be a huge blow to xb1, if master chief cant beat ps4 then nothing will, except maybe another firesale like last year.

Now now guys, if X1 and Halo sells some impressive numbers it's still a month for Xbox even when PS4 sales with pricecut are higher 😊 You'll have all the reason to celebrate next month.

I'm quessing 350$ or even 399$ + halo bundle would have beasted it this month but we'll never know and it should be way more profitable for MS to sell the game and 499$ console even with a cost of losing the month. But MS really needs to lower the price if they want to compete from now on.

Wow the Star Wars and cod bundles are closing in on the top 20 quickly. Cod was #39 two hours ago and now it's already #26 and Star Wars at #23 and should pass the halo 5 bundle in the next hour.

Even the standard Star Wars bundle is climbing up quickly. November will be absolutely huge for Sony this year with those two bundles.
