The PS5 Exists.

After 2 weeks selling really poorly, 55k doesn't seem to be as big boost as may look at first glance. If Sony manages to keep selling consoles at this pace in the following weeks, then it's a different story.

I see posts with people that have taken pictures all the time, so I thought it was ok in Japan. I took about 10 myself, in the same store and didn't even recieve a glance.
If there is a WW price cut with all their limited edition bundles and having a bundle tied to a guaranteed billion dollar movie..it's gonna be a big holiday season all around the world.

The first week is irrelevant, and the console has already been riding on a soft-price cut for months. If it collapses yet again as it did post-MGSV then the whole endeavor is moot.
What matters is the three to four weeks after the price cut week as we see what happens to continuing sales. The lack of any real hitters this holiday will no doubt hurt the overall performance and impact of the price drop but it should keep the console chugging in lieu of products for the market coming to market.

Yes, the first week is like a bonus and won't really tell anything unless the numbers are absolutely crazy. Personally I was really interested how PS4 sales would have been after MGSV but we only got 1 week of numbers before TGS and pricecut announcement. PS4 dropped down to 18k but that could have been the very bottom of the valley and I believe PS4 could have possibly rebounded to 20k region in the next weeks if the pricecut wasn't announced. Anyways, I hope this pricecut will give a permanent boost though it will be difficult to analyze in the middle of holidays.
I cannot imagine toilet-free life.
Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

More likely it would have just dropped back down to its 13-15k base without releases on the soft-price drop. MGSV isn't doing anything unexpected and nothing came after it, so there's no real reason for it to rebound after the drop.
Nice to know, but the Vita is taking away software support from PS4. Sony should just drop Vita in Japan :^)
^that's not serious, this is:
It warms my heart to see people trudge through cold, heavy rain to buy a cold, heavy console, that just got a cold, heavy price-drop.
