Probably so low due to lower audio and texture quality... And lack of high quality video sequences.
Deff picking this up on PC, the platform it's meant to be played on. (Thanks to mods.)

Not bad at all! Still unsure which platform I should get it for though. I have a gaming PC so I feel like I 'should' get it there, but I also feel like playing it on console since that's where I played 3 & New Vegas. So indecisive @_@

This isnt Ubisoft or CDR, Bethesda are pretty good with DLC.

I doubt it will be anything close to the amount or variety that PC will have.  We don't even know how it's going work, if they'll have to be approved and verified or anything like that.  For instance, if copyright issues meant no costumes and items from other games or media, that alone would make a huge difference to me.  I hope they disclose the details before launch.
