I do wish that people who do disagree with her would stop with things like "what a stupid cunt!". It really makes the rest of the community look bad.

Disagree, sure, but do so in a civil fashion, don't throw a hissy fit like you're a 12 year old, and if you are a 12 year old, here's a free life lesson that your parents apparently were too negligent to teach you -- speak in a respectful way.

Acting like a petulant little baby doesn't help anything it just paints the entire community in a bad light.

No-one knows who makes them. Nearly all of this stuff comes from anonymous accounts.

How's it hypocrtical to say you shouldn't go around yelling stuff like "YOU STUPID CUNT!!! STAY OUT OF OUR HOBBY!". It just makes her arguement that much more valid, unfortunately. I wish people would stop doing it. If you have a point to make then do so in a reasonable way. Doing things like threatening to kill Jimmy Kimmel for doing a comedy sketch on Youtube's Game Channel ... also. It's *embarrassing* as a gamer.

Oh that part isn't hypocritical. And in fact I very much agree, there's no need to throw around insults and stuff rather than just addressing the arguments directly. I was referring to the bolded. Do you really need to insult people while telling them to stop insulting people?

That's describing a type of behavior not a person (you're acting like a baby). Calling them a stupid cunt or something is pretty different.

Trying to justify why one type of insult is ok but another isn't? Yeah, you're not going to convince me with that.

Anita spewing some sentiment that you think is wrong or inaccurate is not harrasment. People threatening to kill you, hurlying constant verbal abuse at you and trying to intimitate you is harrasment.

Criticism is not harrasment, no one is banging on Nintendo's door forcing them to make changes. You might aswel tell people to stop reviewing games and gamers to stop posting their opinions on quality of characters, stories etc.
