PS3 would still be getting quality titles, Xbox One would be selling well and most games (if not all) would be cross gen.

That would be sad because we wouldn't be able to play a lot of japanese stuff. Even if Sony fucked up, Xbox won't be popular out of nowhere there and with Wii u struggling before they even released... maybe thirds would go with Nintendo, which basically means no generational jump for a lot of japanese franchises.
Xbox would be a lot stronger in the rest of the world, probably with higher numbers than the ps4 now

Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Just this. I think Sony would have just destroyed any chance of X1 showing his power because devs would be afraid to lose PS fans. And that would be just fair. X360 held PS3 back so much by using DVD and MS demanding devs to not make content differentiation from both consoles. MS was a bitch in this sense.
Microsoft $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
and Nintendo would have gotten some $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
And the PSVITA might have gotten a comeback since sony would have been focusing on that
Pocky Lover Boy!

Sony would've tried to promote Psnow even more, taking about how much more powerful the power of the cloud is and that it's the future of gaming. Delay is not a concern.

Wii U would be winning despite the poor hardware since Japanese developers wouldn't make any game for X1 and X1 would be sold at around 550$

Gaming as we know it would be over.
Scary thought. The stuff nightmares are made of.
