That's just stupid. I can assume that Call Of Duty had influence from Metal Gear Solid, and they don't dispute that, so that must mean that it is has influence from Metal Gear Solid. That arguement is just stupid.

Can you prove that MGS was the first game to have a plot about stopping a nuke ?

Just wait, though.  I imagine Nintendo probably copyrighted squids and painting stuff, so this will not go unpunished.  I know I've already sent Reggie several emails about this already.
