If the timer is worthless, why not just completely, you know, remove it? If you have to keep telling people when the conference is anyways, it seems like it would be better just to keep your most current update in a bolded large font in the first post in place of the timer that I still can't quite understand how it isn't working right. The way you describe it is no way a reasonable person would code a countdown, and it makes it useless for anything but personal or local use.

This timer only one end of the time zone, the one people looking at it are into, and it runs towards a determined time that knows no time zone, so without this other end it creates the difference.

It's simply running towards September 15th, 4am, which is the time will be here when the conference happens, but it's not bound to my timezone in this end, so if I'm in GMT -3, I only have 47 hours towards September 15th, 4am, because it's 5am here, while someone in GMT -4 is at 4am, thus have still 48 hours to reach that determined time, again, bound to no timezone.

It's more than obvious the event happens simultaneously to everyone, but into a different specific hour, depending on your timezone.

Long story short, timezones need a start and a target to be properly functional, so if we are running towards a time bound by,no timezone, while strating from a time bound to one, this distorcion occurs.


So you made the timer for you and your timezone when it could be like normal and everyone would understand, no timezone bullshit needed. If I look at the timer, when it reaches zero, at that time the conference will not start. Why not just make it like everyone else does and would understand, when the timer reaches zero then the conference will start. Simply the timer would now be roughly 1d23h1min and it would work for everyone. No adjustments needed.



I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

This is the E3 chart (you modified it) right?

I was thinking about modifying it myself, lol, I'll put it into the OP when I can, because I spend most of the time on my phone (another reason why that countdown is really helpful to me btw).

That's the way the site that holds the free flash countdown timers that can miraculous work here provides me, I would have done it do the job for everyone if I could, and gladly will if someone can, while I still got help from some cool guys on the PS thread.

I have not judged you or your intentions as misleading on purpose. You are doing the good work here but the truth is, the timer is misleading for a lot of us. I think it is good to set the timer issue straight right now and not when it reaches zero and people go wondering where the hell is the conference? Nothing personal.
