What your saying could be true, but as nikkom said, Sony shouldn't lie in a court.

A DLC with usch attach rate makes no sense, and I don't see GT6 being sold used that much especially considering low sales. Sony lying to the court makes no sense either though.

The Sony number for the court happened when they did the first defense.

They are outdated... needs to read Id. ¶ 28. to see how much but I don't have access to it.

BTW I read the court document and people jumped the gun with the numbers... the court document says these are the numbers supplied by Sony when they asked for them (when?) and not when they published the court document (August 2015).

You know the action could wasted over a year to ends and this numbers in Sony defense appresented in May 2014?

And to make this claim you need to read the Id. ¶ 28... we don't have access to it.

You could ask me but seriously, there is nothing that proves you are right and there is no reason for gtplanet to spread false numbers. So I don't see why anyone should update the title.

which kinda is in line with the vgchartz numbers... i don't know if that good..

Sony reported the DLC numbers via a image... not GTPlanet.

BTW the numbers were posted to the court in November 2014.

I already posted that in GAF and GTPlanet.

Like I said everything shows the numbers for right now are wrong... and yes GTPlane is spreading false numbers.... I sent them a message to fix it.

Disappointing, but not really surprising numbers. It was just never going to be a success launching so late.

But! GT7 should be next year and they've had plenty of time to work on it (if I remember correctly, they started working on GT7 before 6 came out). So I'm pretty optimistic about GT7.

Thanks for these links... I was trying to find them.

 

Edit = Can a mod edit the thread... the evidences shows the numbers are outdated from before November 2014... we need to know the right time yet but it is outdated.
