I do understand the idea of watching a video to find out a part you are having trouble with, but I find that walkthroughs generally work better and are easier to find those specific sections. You can't just say the analogy is incorrect. You need to demonstrate why it fails. I can use the same arguments in the video in regard to sports, while defending neither.
