Personally, I'd get The Phantom Pain. I imagine it's a lot longer than Arkham Knight and just an overall better game. Just my 2 cents though.

Get the Phantom Pain. Batman is great, but it forces you to use the batmobile a lot. It's okay at first, but when it becomes part of every mission, it gets annoying. MGSV has more freedom on how you tackle missions.
