Like what?

Not being able to change weapons between matches; not being able to leave a lobby; voice chat; maps and modes (ranked only) rotation instead of, gee, I don't know, choosing what to play; only able to leave matches by turning off the system; (this is more IMO, others can disagree) gear for sale changes daily instead of being locked behind levels like weapons.

It's a great game at its core, but these can annoy some players quite a bit.

Everything sounds very reasonable (and I agree) but I cannot believe the rotation is still present... oh, Nintendo. I want to buy the game, but suddenly I remeber that I have to deal with stuff like that.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Rotation gives very unique experience to game, maps are quite different and you need to chose your weapons, gears and your tactic based on current playable maps.

This is the best game on the system, and quite honestly might be the best game Nintendo has made since the first Super Mario Galaxy. It's easily worth the asking price, if you have a Wii U and you don't have this game ... that's just sad.

It's like an N64 without Mario 64 and GoldenEye or something.

Splatoon and Mario Maker will be the two games that define the Wii U when all's said and done ... bank on it.

95% is the same people that was excited when Nintendo decided to update features that should have been on launch as "future support".

Oh I get it now, you are always trying to be the cool nintendo fan that puts everything on a negative light just to make everybody know that you are not  like "the other" Nintendo fans, it´s too obvious, that´s the only reason why you choose to trust the only single person on the whole threat that thinks is a 20$ game, while everybody else thinks is worth the full price or close to it, you are just saying "hey look me I´m different", no you don´t, you are just negative always even when you have not a single reason for it. Splatoon is worth the full price, the people here thinks it, the 1.6 milions of people that bought it thinks it, you want to think that is not worth because reasons, that doesn´t change reality, but hey, feel free to trust the word of someone who doesn´t even have the game over the word of those who have been playing for weeks or months.

For every cool Nintendo fan that is always negative, there's another kind of Nintendo fan that is always positive and risks everything to defend every decision ever made. How would you call those? Anyway, those fans are not always trustworthy.

If 90% of the people is saying that is worth the price but for some reason and you only trust 10% people that says it doesn't, you are very negative and not objective at all.

I we had reverse situation, 90% of people saying that does not worth price and only 10% saying it worth and you trust those 10% you would be very positive and not objective at all.

In any of those cases you would make bad choice and you cant be objective at all based on those people opinions because you are doing contrary of what vast majority of people is saying to you.

Its never been sold at full price here.

The rotation is not that bad of a thing, it forces you to get good at maps you may not otherwise play as much and you start to become a better all around player.

If you're not playing this on Wii U, just what the hell else is there to play? It's not like this year is teeming with new releases.

90% of the Wii userbase decided that the Wii U was not worth, yet the other 10% disagree. Whom is right?

Don't listen to the foolish people talking around here, this game is definitely worth its price point:

- It has a good amount of content
- Incredible replay value
- Charming and effective graphics
- It runs at a smooth rate online
- Matches only take seconds to be loaded
- The music is catchy
- The single player campain is a mix of platforming ala Ratchet and Clank
- Squids are cute

Which means it's better than most games released this generation so far. You strike gold by buying this.

Dumb argument is dumb. That 90% is not trashing the wiiu, they are not saying "you don´t buy the console because is trash" NO, the 90% is made of people that:

 1. Don´t play any console anymore. (like 50%)
 2. Didn´t know that wiiu was a new console until recently
 3. Are inseccure about the future of the console
 4. Don´t want to spend 300$ because Nintendo consoles have always been cheap and they are waiting for the price cut
 5. They were waiting for Zelda.
 6. They think the console is trash
 7. They are going to buy the console at some point.

So don´t try to use that as an argument because only a small group actively dislike the console, and if you want to trust the opinion about the console that people who has never played it has instead of the opinion of people who has been playing the console extensively, then you are not being very smart there.

Nobody is waiting anymore anything about this console. Keep that in mind and do again your comment.
