How can i use usb when mediaplayer is locked on my console and only works when my console is connected to the internet

I remember a time when people actually bought consoles to play games. 
Now people aren't HAPPY because the consoles doesn't do this or can't do that.. 
The majority in here obviously cares about this crap but what the hell.. the new generation of gamers.

People seem to assume that they let those testers test every single feature in the upcoming firmware update.

You start it and the screen of looking for DLNA will show... if you have a USB with MP3 it will show the USB to play too.

If you don't have internet you can't stream music from internet lol just that... the player works offline.

why is it locked for me then or i have to insert the usb and then start the player ???

Of course you have to insert the usb or have a DLNA server in your local network before use it.

Ok then i will try it 

3.0 should be:

- More cloud space (or share PS3, vita and PS4 clouds)
- Digital PS1 and PS2 classics on PS4 (Sony don't like money?)
- Folders
- Friends notification

Sounds like your PS4 isn't primary.  You have to activate it as such.  Any program on PS4 needs an online connection when it isn't primary.

I did that and its working like a charm but have problem to implement the subtitles

Doesnt suppourt languages that are written from right to left ??
