You should specify that it's only for the 3 months subscription in the title.
I dont even use online on my ps4 because of the subscription. I just play all online games on wii u. Dont care.

They are referring to euros and not dollars. So it's more like an additional seven dollars to a european for about the equivalent of 25 US dollars. This move makes sense because Europe has a strong Sony presence and this will help people jump right in instead of just testing the waters.
