I am actually surprised by the number of people who think the game will land on the Wii U.

For better or worse, I don't think it's a Wii U game, and since a lot of people think it is..... it's time to make a BOLD prediction that isn't so bold, or maybe it is?

I'm fairly certain they're gonna pull a Twilight Princess and release it on the Wii U and the NX.

I can see it being on both Wii U and NX, but I can't see it completely skipping the Wii U, even if it's failing as a console.

Nope it is still a bold prediction. Nintendo seemed to have learned from Wii -> Wii U. They can't end the console on a drought. At the same time they want to transfer development to NX. Zelda U will be multiplat Wii U/NX.

It will be on the Wii U but will also release on the NX.

There's still the possibility that NX is a handheld.

My guess is both consoles... with it running and looking better on the nx.

It'll be on both machines. The game was too far in development for Nintendo to just abandon it.
