Personally I'd like both versions to be available. Hardcore FF fans seem to like the International version but the remaster isn't exclusively for those people, and I've read that the style will royally screw newcomers when I was doing research on XII recently. 

Also, of course I buy XII's LE version a month before they announced this lol

The KH Remixes don't really alter the gameplay, but add onto it through additional combat abilities. For instance, KHII Final Mix adds Limit Form. So they're definitely not as radical as FFXII IZJS. I think giving people the option between the standard and zodiac mode will be a good idea.

Good for those who like the game. For me though, I think it's one of the worst FF games, so I'll pass.

Wow great. FF 12 is the longest FF games i ever played, i love the gambit system, it's really fun, and you can mess and experiment with the AI, although the story is good but it lacks romance and dramatic even, and focusing on politic. But the gameplay i must say it's surpass even Ff 13. It's more of realistic in terms battle system, it's like a combination of WRPG and JRPG, well some say it's combinations of online rpg and off line rpg .

It's one of the worst mainline FF games I've ever played. It felt like playing an aborted APRG that gave you a boring history class ...

I only found more displeasure when finishing the game. I'm not go to be touching or playing a poor man's FF anytime soon ...

I hope so! It's one of my favorite Final Fantasy games ever :3

That and the fact it's basically Star Wars: A New Hope, the RPG.

SPOILERS: Dont read if you havent played FF12

Evil empire taking over, the villain is a relative to one of the main characters AND is wearing a full body suit (Darth Vader anyone?)
Balthier / Han Solo -Criminal "sky pirate"
Basche / Obi Wan -Wise old man who knows about a war
Fran / Chewie -The furry
Penelo / C3P0/R2D2 -The annoying and sometimes useful companion
Vaan / Luke -Theyre blonde and live in the desert
Ash (forgot her name) / Leia -The princess

Also their default weapon types fit absolutely perfectly

There are other things I havent touched on too, but seriously -it's Star Wars

Awesome news! It's one of my favorite FF games, so I would welcome it - hopefully with way less or no jaggies.

This. I absolutely loved the storyline and the environments in the game - the OST as well fit perfectly as well. Dat Star Wars feeling :p

Lets also not forget Balthiers ship looking similar to the Millennium Falcon, Vossler acting very Lando-esque and the obvious Cloud City v.v XD but ikr? I definitely didnt appreciate this game enough when I first played it

I'm surprised you are all thinking this is legit. He probably just confused VII with XII. It's an easy mistake to make especially if he is not that familiar with the game franchise.
