CHI vs OAK they both suck and I feel the bears want a win.

SF vs GB GB is the favorite but they only beat the bears by 8 and others by 10 at home. I think SF is better then bears so there is a small chance again.

Bills should continue their 2nd place dominance.

Bengals and chiefs always have the potential to go on big streaks but still mediocre teams , so hard to pick.

Taking Baltimore for TNF.

I was kind of hoping the Brady suspension would hold up before the season started. Not because I dislike the Patriots or anything, but because that would have possibly made the AFC East battle interesting. Instead, it's just business as usual. Oh well. The AFC North is compelling, at least.

I just can't see the Ravens going 0-4, even though I couldn't see them going 0-2 or 0-3 either. I also hate picking against backup QBs when it's their first start of the season, especially at home. I guess I'll take the Ravens for now, and change my mind a half dozen times before kickoff tomorrow night.

So someone actually made a stat based on the ineptitude of Alex Smith, called Air Less EXpected, or ALEX. It tracks how far short or beyond a first down marker a QB throws on third downs. Amazing.
