OverPay-Pey earning every penny! Time for the defense to do all of the work. Again.
Edit: Yup, there it is. Again.
OH HOLY SHIT THAT WAS AMAZING IN EVERY WAY SHAPE AND FORM. Sanders is a hyper genius.

Wait, what happened? |
Twenty seconds left, on the Broncos' 40. Forty yard pass to Sanders that was ruled as a beautiful diving catch. Official blows the whistle and rules him down, but the defender didn't touch him, clock is still running with fourteen seconds remaining. Sanders jogs into the endzone, then collapses there. Meanwhile the rest of the team rushes to spike the ball. Time runs out as Anderson - literally - tries to drag Sanders back to the line.
It was ultimately ruled incomplete, and it appears Sanders is injured. Too bad, would've been a very fun way to end regulation.
RolStoppable said: Way to go, Lions. The Bears got 21 seconds to get into field goal range, starting from their own 20. Three plays later they stand at Detroit's 10. Now we get overtime. |
Cutler Jr.'s team is apparently no match for Daddy's Team.
Good Lord the Lions suck.
Seemed like noone wanted to win that broncos vs browns game.

If only McNabb had been leading both teams, we would have gotten the only correct outcome...

Well if the Broncos are allowed to squeak through the narrowiest of margins week in and week out why not Da Bears?
Y'know, aside from the many reasons why not.
Peypey with the clutch drive against the Browns for the win. Offense played like ass, so many plays left on the field. Manning with a couple poor decisions, receivers with multiple drops almost costing them the game. Should have never went to OT if Baybay catches that strike Peyton hit him with on the last drive.
Defense per usual was great. Offensive line still needs to play much better if they hope to stand a chance after the bye week.
