Seeing how vastly different the games look I don't believe the 3DS version will hurt the PS4 version sales in Japan, I do however believe that the PS4 version will hurt the 3DS versions sales. I believe the 3DS will probably see declining software sales by time of the games arrival and the version won't be release outside of Japan. I guess we'll see a big growth in the franchises success in the west allowing the PS4 version to equal the 3DS overall

Some people SERIUSLY doing crazy with the prediction.
There is NO WAY for sell more than Pokémon X / Y on 3DS, and even the PS4 predictions are too crazy.
