Seeing how vastly different the games look I don't believe the 3DS version will hurt the PS4 version sales in Japan, I do however believe that the PS4 version will hurt the 3DS versions sales. I believe the 3DS will probably see declining software sales by time of the games arrival and the version won't be release outside of Japan. I guess we'll see a big growth in the franchises success in the west allowing the PS4 version to equal the 3DS overall
