How do you not understand that? You are devaluing other opinions by saying that they overrated the game. And since the game is not great in your opinion the others are incorrect, making your opinion the only one that matters....
I bought and played through it last night for the first time. I didn't really think it was great but it did keep me glued to TV for a few hours. I might play through it again today to see what I missed.
It's a great experience but so short and limited i don't think i could score this higher than 8.5. In fact it might be better to not rate this game at all, if you can even call it that. It's just a unique experience.
Overrated is overused. Let's get over this and not overindulge the use of this word. Over and out!

Along with games like The Last of Us it helps elevate the videogame media as a form of art like painting or music. And it is a masterpiece in what it does, moving and entertaining people while telling a deep story. A gem that everybody should play and enjoy. |
One word:
SONY
People (fanboys) laugh about their finance situation, but ironically they are always the ones putting their necks on the line releasing the most unconvencional and risky games from a marketability point of view.
Thats why they have 3 generations in a row releasing the best games, and this gen wont be different when all is said and done.
Microsoft would never release a game like Journey. Never.
One of the best game I've ever played. The only negative thing I can think off is the length of the game. I finished this game in two hours or so.
Another 90+ game in the PS4's library. That's 10 in less that 2 years.
The Wii U is sitting at 7 and the XBoxOne at 2.

That´s a highly stupid comparison when you see that 6 of those 10 games are from the past generation, and not only that, you see games like Shovel Knight with a 91 on ps4 just because it has less reviews than the original one on Wiiu that has a 88, but they are the same game... and a 86 on XBO because... reasons.
Indie games are not scored the same way than the rest of the games, they never are, so it makes no sense to mix a 94 of a 2 hour game for... 15$? with the scores of retail game at 60$.
If you don´t count past generation games and indies than you have PS4 with 3 +90, the XBO with one +90 and the WiiU with 4 +90
