Not a real remaster I guess, but Assassin's Creed: Rogue. Why in the hell hasn't this been ported to PS4 and XB1 yet Ubisoft? Which idiot at Ubisoft approved a PS3, Xbox 360 and later PC only game for release in 2014, 1 year after the launch of PS4 and XB1?!

Xenosaga Episodes 1, 2 and 3 should be put in a bundle and put on the Wii U. It would make up for the lack of RPG's and would not be as difficult to make because they are already done.

Also, it would be nice if they remade the Golden Sun series and made the 4th game already.

Annnnnnd if they remade all the Fire Emblem games. At least the ones that were not localized.

Eternal Sonata is a boring game. Lovely graphics, awesome music and a semi-interesting plot. But yawn-inducing gameplay, which unfortunately brought everything else down. Having played Tales of Vesperia previously probably spoiled my experience, but still.

Regarding OP's question, I'd like to see a Killer7 remaster. Or Resident Evil Outbreak's.
