I was just about to say this. Capcom never "gave" Monster Hunter to anyone in the first place. It went to the PSP because that was a natural evolution from the PS2 and then it went to the 3DS because the PSVita sold horrendously.
They should do a handheld for 3DS, AND a console one for Wii U/NX and PS4/X1/PC.
But that might not be workable, I don't know how monster is developed.

The PSP had more success than the 3DS so far, and the Wii out did the PS2. Probably should stay Nintendo?
Agreed! |
Fairly certain had the games come out on DS instead of PSP that the psp would have tanked in Japan and MH would have sold more during that gen. Just my opinion, though.
Lol at people saying it belongs on PlayStation.
With that logic, we'll take Final Fantasy and Street Fighter. Thanks.
I can't see Sony making a new handheld. And if they do I can't see it competing with the 3ds succesor. So, Nintendo.

To be fair, the Wii U version has sold pretty well considering its just an enhanced port of Tri on the Wii. |
You're right. The sales are also good when factoring in the install base as well.
