I guess good Vita games you might be interested in are covered in previous post, so I'll just remind you that PSclassic and PSP games are available on the PSstore and a big chunk of these are worth the few bucks they cost.

I particularly recommend these, if we are to stick with the OP's "rules". The Atelier games too, if you haven't played them on PS3.

You know when you say the Handheld versions the majority of the psp/psv versions of the games all have massively more content than their original console counterparts, I believe the Vita version of 3 includes around $100 worth of dlc characters and extra stages from the get go.

Indeed, I'm currently heading towards 200% in castlevania Symphony of the Night and finishing FF7 for... well about the 12th time now on my Vita. The Vita is a workhorse for the whole Playstation franchise.

When it comes to costs btw, agree with you again was €2.99 for Suikoden I + II in a sale on psn a few weeks back (normal price is €5) but yeah those games cost several hundred euros if you aimed to buy them for the original system (psone) so yeah, buying a Vita to play those 2 games could save you money heh.

Oh aye, was just clarifying a lot of the time people could mistake handheld version to mean scaled down versions of their console big brothers, but the Disgaea series on the PSP/V have always came out on top over their TV dwelling Kin.

Would recommend the Metal Gear series as I think you can get MGS1 on PSN and get MGS2 and MGS3 in that HD collection.
