i dont get all this story bashing. story shouldnt be judged in a reivew, how the story is told and if they archive what they wanted are the points that should be judged.

You're a little too focused on the story criticisms and not focused nearly enough on what is a relatively in depth look at the flaws of the gameplay itself listed in a few of the previews now. Yeah, the game can be cheesy, goofy, and any combination of ridiculous 80s-esque elements. I mean, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon? That was ridiculous, but it had the gameplay to back it up to make for a both fun and funny experience. On the other hand, it seems that Devil's Third lacks the polished gameplay that it would have taken to pull off the same move, at least based on the multiple previews.

half the previews are full of storybashing...   and what should i write about bad gameplay and performance? we know it now, nothing more to say about it at this moment. maybe it will be patched, i dont think it will be patched enough.

Won't be the first turd in the videogame industry and certainly not the last. Just advertise it properly and make some money out of it, no need to call the waves because of one mediocre game.

i dont get all this story bashing. story shouldnt be judged in a reivew, how the story is told and if they archive what they wanted are the points that should be judged.

You don't know how the story is told though, you're just assuming that they achieved what they wanted, maybe it doesn't come across as funny cheesy but just as awkward and tryhard cheesy, as nothing but a way to mask legitimately poor writing. Also I'd say there's quite a bit to potentially be judged about implied pedophilia.

This preview managed to not say anything.

So, not top-end gfx + jeep section he didnt like + mix of sword fighting and gunplay he didnt like = terrible game.

I dont believe it. This isnt even a preview of its name. It only picks apart the jeep section. With each of these misterious bashing rumors i just get more interested in the game. The hate is real.

You should read the other previews posted earlier in the thread. They go more in depth about why exactly the gameplay doesn't click, why story elements don't work, etc.. Also, a rumor is something that can't be verified as fact. People have preview copies. We know this. They are playing them. They are judging them. Reviews are being written. It is no longer rumor. It is opinion.

and realy? i dont wanna spoiler a tv show, but well there was a scene(a plotpoint, not some background bs) about those things and nobody cryed.  and the women just looks like 15, read what you linked...

And that is all that matters, that she looks like 15, that her body is physically that of a 15 year old person, I have no problem seeing that create some controversy.

Wouldn't be surprised.
Game's been in development for at least 6 years and switched the engine multiple times. That already hints at some huge problems.

After watching the Mission 1 video, the enemy AI seems to be stupid beyond belief.
