It IS a problem, because devs are being encouraged to make shameless ripoffs (and terrible ones at that) for quick money, rather than making original, quality content. Do you know about Nexis Games' background? They were telling MiiVerse kids to buy their terrible brick blast rip off that barely worked, and in exchange they'd make an "Amazing looking WiiU exclusive" which turned out to be multiplat and bad looking, lol.
