Move on and take it as a lesson learned. If cops ever ask about those people, point them in the right direction. Next time, make sure that the next renters signed some kind of contract and given a down payment before you let them move in.

Thankfully I won't be renting it anymore, I am selling it off to cover dad's mortgage, which is also pain because dad could have done it long time ago and for better price but just didn't do it and it's all on me now, but I already found a buyer, just need to receive the heritage papers in september.
