Does Xenoblade count? If no, Bayonetta 2 or Mega Man X

Xenoblade is first party.

Thanks, it being made by Monolith Soft messed me up

Wii U- The Wonderful 101
Wii- Trauma Team
Gamecube- Since we lost ToS, I go with Baten Kaitos Origins
N64- Mischief Makers (Don't know if it is First or third)
SNES- Ilussion of Gaia
NES- U-foria

3DS- Ace Attorney Dual Destinies
DS- Okami-den
GBA- Castlevania Circle of the Moon
GBC- Shantae
Don't have one for GB.

Every time I think of something I remember how it was later ported to other systems.

Eternal Darkness is the only one I can currently think of that definitely remained an exclusive, so I guess I'll go with that.

Well, I really cannot pick one exclusive, but there are a number that I love. Anyway, here I go!

Double Dragon

Dodgeball

Zombies Ate My Neighbors

Demons Crest

Golden Sun

Super Double Dragon

TMNT IV: Turtles In Time

Legend of Gaia

Secret of Mana

Chrono Trigger

Breath of Fire III

Dragon Quest IV

Harvest Moon

Metal Warriors

Banjo Kazooie

Banjo Tooie

Perfect Dark

Golden Eye

Conkers Bad Fur Day

Mega Man 64

Bomberman 64

Viewtiful Joe

Phantasy Star Online

Resident Evil 4

Skies of Acadia Legends

Soul Caliber 2

Tales of Symphonia

The Last Story

Xenoblade Chronicles

Sonic Colors (It was a great game)

Pandora's Tower

MadWorld

Red Steel (1 and 2)

Wonderful 101

Sonic: Lost World (Post Patch)

Bayonetta 2

As I have stated at the beginning of my post, sorry for the list, but I really cannot really give an "End All Be All" winner for the question. There are a plethora more that I left out, but these are the ones that generally come to mind for me (forgot Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts).

Give me SOMETHING here!  XP

Castlevania on the GBA was a system-seller for me.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

N64: all the Turok games.
Game cube: REmake (unlike viewtiful Joe and RE4 it maintained it's exclusivity until the next gen so out of those games it was the true exclusive while the others were timed)
Wii: Red Steel 2 & no more heroes (wait did that get ported?)
WiiU: currently ZombiU but it sounds like that will be coming to other systems soon.
