If it's anywhere close to vc I would think alot. So what do you guys think?
I also woul like to add something. Do devs only have to produce games. Can't they use it for homebrew channels?

Ok everybody I have another question if you didn't notice. Would developers be able to make their own channels for sale too?
Not really useless, but i think its a hard thing to judge. Because its dlc, and its on the wii, who knows how succesful it will be?
If nNintendo pushes it enough, and advertises the function, then it should be succesful i guess...

No the useless part was a joke, because a few people say all of my posts are useless.
We could also use vc to have a little estimate.
The best answer I can come up with is "Well Enough" ...
Most WiiWare games are (probably) very low budget and the overhead for the service is very small so many developers will be able to thrive off of even low sales.
I don't think we can really use the VC as an estimate, since those games are either critically acclaimed classics, or games people grew up playing, and wanted to play again. Most people won't download some new wiiware game over a game that they know well, like SMB3.
However, I'm not saying that games won't sell. If the game is good, people will no doubt download it.........just not to the extent that the higher VC games have sold.

Well I think most vc sales are by casuals that have never played before and want to play a cheap, simple game.
