MS games have nice graphics and most of them sport replay value like no Sony game can offer. But I think cheerleaders from both camps have a different mindset and like their games differently. Ofc it's my opinion but Xbox gamers value multiplay and replayability while Sony gamers prefer storytelling, presentation and graphics. This is how I always viewed things especially when reading comments for many years but it doesn't mean it's true, just my personal observation. I agree though that MS first party studios should be able to make new IPs. |
The future of Microsoft depends on their ability to make new IP's. This is where the future becomes a problem. If they cannot pay someone to do it, it wont get done. They need to invest in making multiplayer ip's themselves instead of constantly looking outside to get them. Things will get costly just like the 360 era did and they will slow down their courting of third party.
