Wait a minute. So Amazon's sales week ends on Mondays? I always thought it began on Mondays.

How can they have numbers of sales that didn't happened? If it begin on Monday 29 then they didn't have the numbers yet to show to us.

Yeap... it was always week ends... some GAFers had the same doubt some months ago and I needed to explain to them that it is indeed week ending.

Nonono, it starts on mondays. They have sales from monday, tuesday and wednesday right now, and they update them eventually.

Good for the Wii U, but isn't doing well overall

So, not even the XBO. :|

Doesn't really mean much. The final June totals in sales were.. Wii U at #77.. Xbox One was at #26, #55, and #56.. PS4 was at #25, #30, #73...

XBLive: cpg716     PSN ID: cpg716  Steam: Luv4Tech77

Predictions on 12/01/15 - Generation 8 Totals:

PS4: 85-95m
X1: 55-65m
WiiU: 20-30m

Is this really worth celebrating?

Given the Wii U's overall situation, any victory, however small, is worth celebrating. It really does deserve more love than it gets, and I think it'll go down as one of the best consoles that wasn't a success.

You are right, and here's my proof:

There on #4 you can see the PS4 Black Friday bundle, in the charts for the 24th of november, and that bundle wasn't available for purchase until the 28th, thus, naturally the charts must start on monday, not end on monday.

EDIT: Oops quoted the wrong comment. I'm sure you got my point anyway

Considering the Xbox offers ended on 27th June its not all that surprising, after a bit of downtime it should hopefully pick back up again.
The UK guys are balancing it out at the moment as Xbox One been #1 best selling console for at least the past 4 days. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Best-Sellers-PC-Video-Games-Consoles/zgbs/videogames/676171011/ref=amb_link_182244067_1

The Wii U was on a roll just after Mario Kart 8 came out. I remember people on here were (prematurely) stating the it would come in second place. This was of course before the Wii U software fizzled AND Microsoft had a massive fire sale across hardware and bundles. It is too late for the Wii U to make any kind of comeback which is really a shame.

No.

No weekly sales is updated after it is out lol

Weeks ends on Monday.

That is why people mistaken Amazon charts... what you saw on Amazon now is the full week until Monday 29.

BTW Weekly charts were never updated eventually... they can last even 2 weeks to be updated in Amazon US... this was a rare case whey they updates a day after the week ends.

Now it isn't. I'll give you proof:

1. It's only a week.
2. It's only Amazon.

Wake me when Wii U beats X1 in NPD, then we'll talk :)
