The original sold over 100k in Japan, so it's decently popular. There's room for growth.

Atlus seems to be handling a lot of Sega's titles lately, so hopefully this is one of them.

Atlus has been recently quickly gaining relevance over Sega itself (just compare Atlus's software output and quality  with Sega's). Next thing we might see is Sega becoming a subsidiary of Atlus. XD

Honestly, I wouldn't mind that at all. Atlus is amazing, and they're definitely more relevant (in terms of games) than Sega at this point, especially in Japan.

2nd one sold even better.  Wonder how this one will do.

Hmm worse than the PSP game, PSP was a beast towards the end, but possibly better than the DS one.

And let's hope we do get this one in the west, because it seems this is the final entry for the series, so we won't get another chance:

Odd thing to announce so soon. I guess if they get bumper sales the might reconsider that.

Thanks for the data! Couldn't find sales of the sequel (though to be fair, I didn't look too hard).

I imagine it will do in between the original and the sequel, as Acevil said, but it really depends on how Sega handles the marketing.
