Ok, I just did the math on the last three pages of votes. It's a mathematical impossibility for Typhlosion to have gone down. He's mega evolved, gaining double points. That's 16 points for every plus vote, -10 for every down vote. Unless I'm missing something, he should be higher than 277, not lower than 260.

I know, Venosaur.  He has had three votes if I'm counting right on the last three pages.  That's a net count of 15 extra negative points.  Not enough to offset the total, unless my math is way off.  I'll check again, but I'm pretty darn sure that it still comes out to a positive net total prior to the last two votes.  A net positive of 19, to be exact, in the last three pages.  Unless I'm counting wrong.
