Forums - Gaming - Shinji Mikami would like to return to Dino Crisis and/or God Hand

More Regina, yes please.

He's not with Capcom though so an agreement between the necessary parties would probably be difficult.

"Once I said The Evil Within would be my last game, but I love this job too much", Mikami confessed. He added that he wants to create smaller games, and that which makes a product successful is the people who work in it. Looking back, he admitted too that he would be interested in going back to Dino Crisis or resurrect the God Hand franchise as a role-playing game.

I was all on board for a new god hand game, until I saw rpg.

He said he wanted to stop after The Evil Within?? No, Shinji! The world needs you!

It doesn't necessarily has to be something that changes the core structure of the game. Maybe something light-hearted, like being able to level up and unlock skills instead of looting them from NPCs and such.

Why stop with with Evil Within? the game hasnt completed the story

The only good Dino Crisis was the first and that's because it was basically RE with a dino mod. They tried to give the sequels they're own identity and DC2 ended up playing like an arcade game and DC3 was a complete disaster.

2 was awesome..it's my favorite. Dinos are more cool than scary so I think the identity problem actually existed in the first game.

Let's not talk about 3 though

Maybe he meant himself. It doesn't stop Tango Gameworks and Bethesda from following it up.

Dino Crisis!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing another Dino Crisis. Never played God hand though but if it was rpg, I would probably play it.
