well than your god is realy evil...  god created gay people! so if god demands from you to hate and discriminate gays, thats not nice.

he created human beeing just to be discriminated, hunted, executed, etc depending on where you come from. why are you following such a mad creature?

its like having children only to hit em.

Unwarranted discrimination and unfair treatment especially for things people can't control isn't in Islam so IDK where you got that from, lol.

so islam is pro gay marriage, atleast the way you see it.

Do you think the officials in Asia, for example, would care about that? Overall, I support it but I find it hard to sympathise with first world problems.

LoL, first world problems?  The more countries that legalize the more pressure it puts on places where they're still executing people for homosexuality (You know, that 3rd world thing).  And yes, I think Asia takes very seriously, relationships with the US.  Most countries do.  Whatever your opinion about the US is, it's still a very major player in all regions, basically.  Not just military or trade, but business and tourism as well.

Keep in mind, also, I'm not a huge fan of how singular the US' power is worldwide, but in civil rights cases, it helps when you have a major player backing you up.

Most developed countries are far ahead of the US in regards to human rights, healthcare, etc... Even slavery was abolished 2 generations after it was abolished in commonwealth countries.

Good, an important step. criminalization of homofobia should be next.

That is too far. Having a certain opinion should not be illegal. It would also be unconstitutional, because there is freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.

Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!

As a Christian, this is a horrible decision. More proof that the world is preparing to end as it is.

the bible passages that are supposedly reffering to "the end of the world" are actually reffering to the end of an "age" or "aeon"

or in other words the transition from the age of pisces to the age of aquarios

it was corrupt pastors that intentionally mistranslated that to mislead christians so that they'd just give up and not fight back when the persecutions that are to come get more intense

anyway i believe that all people should have the freedom to do whatever they want once it does not infringe on the rights of other organisms

so i'm glad that homosexuals now have these rights

and marriage is pretty much deaad anyway, over half end in divorce and that's only going to increase in the future

I have no problem with people being gays. The problem is they should not let go marriage. Marriage is an institution made long before there was even a word gay. So people should respect that. If gays want to go "marriage", why they don't create their own institution?

Being gay is not normal, it just a mental disorder like Down syndrome. Nothing bad but still not normal. I think that people have right to be themselves, but that doesn't mean that being gay is normal.

- Moderated, Carl

I'm confused, are people with Down Syndrome not allowed to marry as well?

Yet the UK had no problem supporting the Confederation during the American Civil War.

Ethics were not the reason why they decided to abolish slavery anyway.

I'm not going to fight against 500 people on here because of my beliefs. If you believe in gay marriage, that is your decision. However, I will not betray God or my beliefs even if I'm the last person on Earth that respects our creator. I don't hate gays, or anyone, but I must obey His commands. His words against homosexuality are clear enough.

your creator tells you to leave the judging to him i believe

So much for being a free country.  I guess freedom only applies to those who hold the "correct" political views...
