Great! Now I can play 100 levels that could have come out nearly 30 years ago.

Sounds like a $60 purchase to me.

You could say this about almost all games.

Most games graphically look like they could have come out nearly 30 years ago?

I guess I misunderstood your point.  Perhaps if you would have said "Now I can [look at] 100 levels that could have come out nearly 30 years ago." instead of "Now I can [play]..."

Most game's gameplay already exist and have been 'playable' for years.  A new paint job doesn't really change that.

So NSMB graphics look like the ones from 30 years ago?

No, they do not, but the ones in Mario Maker do.

There are 4 Mario styles in Mario Maker: SMB 1, SMB 3, SMW AND NSMB.

So, it wouldn't be unsafe to bet that at least 25 stages are in NSMB graphics.

Except Mario Maker has NSMBU graphics.  With the push of a button you can switch between graphical styles.

Meh.  You learn something new every day.

Why haven't they shown this like at all?

Because they are terrible at promoting things.  ¯_(ツ)_/¯
