For 2000, I'd say The Bouncer. The game was basically a PS2 Tech Demo. Incredibly short, a bunch of cutscenes, and some solid gameplay. It was The Order of its day.

It seems like alot of people are saying this so i fixed it.

God of War 3 looked last gen too! Mostly because it came out last gen. I'm just putting it out there. Now, in my opinion, GoW3 actually IS the best looking game of the 7th gen (I never played Ascension, though) but don't you ever--and I mean EVER--use Leo-j's opinion on anything!

Final Fantasy XIII on PS3 has an extremely solid framerate. Even running around Gran Pulse I don't notice it drop a frame below 30.

Xbox 360's framerate is pretty good too, minus issues with particular Chapters.

Extremely Solid? On Gran Pulse? Maybe to the untrained eye. Still, Gran Pulse had loads of enemy pop in, which should also be considered a mayor sin. No excuses. Any game can look great if everything appears an inch from you.
