Famitsu and Dengeki PlayStation have new interviews with Kingdom Hearts III director Tetsuya Nomura this week. 

Get the summary below.

• The battle system doesn’t use deck commands like Birth by Sleep, but rather classic commands like “Attack” and “Magic.”
• Free run is being implemented this time, so Sora’s mobility is a bit out of the ordinary. Beyond jumping and running, this likely consists of things like wall running and jumping, etc.
• With the exception of Olympus, most of the worlds in the game are brand new. The Tangled world was revealed at E3.
• Xehanort’s story will come to an end in Kingdom Hearts III, but the Kingdom Hearts series is not finished. (Rather, Kingdom Hearts III brings to an end the “Dark Seeker” chapter of the series.) A plan has already been decided regarding the whereabouts of some of the characters fans might be concerned about. Nomura says he wouldn’t want to do something so disappointing as just settling things.
• A landing point for the release window has been decided, but they can’t say anything yet. The latest news is promised for the D23 Expo Japan Kingdom Hearts fan event on November 3.
• Development is on track. Things like secret movies are also under consideration.

That's good news. One of the reason I didn't like Kingdom Hearts II as much as the original was because of the recycled worlds.

Hopefully 2016 is a possibility.

I missed Tangled being revealed as a location at E3. The movie was decent, but the setting doesn't seem particularly interesting, so I'm curious what they will do with it.

I'm glad the Xehanort saga is ending with this game.

As for the worlds, I know the Disney worlds I want will probably not get in since they're unpopular, but I hope the worlds in this game are bigger and have more to do. The worlds in KH2 were very short.

Well that's awesome to hear! I'm looking forward to seeing what the new worlds will be. Maybe we'll see Star Wars and Marvel in there too haha... I got a feeling Frozen will be in there too, which will be awesome, and also kind of make me groan as well...

I guess they had software limitations with PS2 and wanna release the game ASAP. Hence, the re-used worlds

I thought it had ended in KH2. I must have missed something. I was thinking KH3 was to do with BBS stuff... oh well. EDIT: Wait being an idiot, messing up the X-named people, that was Xemnas.... god it's confusing. I only played BBS once, but I remember the last Terra fight being awesome as your character was silent.

On subject, sounds good. As long as we don't have a weird sing alone Atlantis world, we'll be fine anyway. I'm looking forward to Frozen world and maybe a Pixar world or 2 as well, would love Buzz Lightyear as a temp companion.

EDIT: Anyone know if the rumours of KH2.5HD on PS4 ar true yet? I'd like to play BBS on PS4 at least.

Usually, recycling worlds makes the game look lazy so that's good to hear

Bringing Ven, Roxas and Xion out of Sora was teased to no end in DDD, no doubt its gonna happen.  Also they're not just gonna leave Aqua in the realm of darkness.  Idk about Terra, seems like hes gone.
